broccoli e patate

The classic Southern Italian dish prepared in the traditional way


  • 1kg broccoli "di rapa"
  • 500g potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Chili Pepper
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic

The Method

1. Boil the broccoli of turnip in water and salt, draining them when they are not still completely cooked.

2. Peel and boil the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

3. In a pan fry the broccoli with oil, garlic and hot pepper.

4. When cooked, add the potatoes and add flavor.
